Services & Fees
Typically GKConsulting is engaged to: provide performance strategies, help embrace regular change, increase profits of a static turnover, increase company turnover, provide market diversification, secure top quality staff, facilitate growth & expansion, open additional sites, apply budgetary control, drive staff & management development, stream line for profit, devise & implement pay and reward schemes etc etc.
As well as providing 3rd Party Input similar to a non executive director, to Companies & Business Leaders (specifically in the areas of growth and development of their businesses) we also indirectly offer a number of additional associate services through pre vetted organisations to assist your business.

Fee Structure
- Initial exploratory day charged as a full day at a fixed price of £500 payable prior to or on the day.
- If a a result of the exploratory day it is concluded there is merit in setting up an ongoing relationship this is set up as a minimum of 2 days per month (one being face to face, the other being a preparation/follow up day). This arrangement is charged at a fixed cost of £1030 per month which is payable within the month of work conducted and is either payable by cheque at the face to face monthly meeting or by direct bank transfer. This arrangement also includes limited telephone/e-mail coaching as and when required. The ongoing relationship will always run for a renewable fixed term, initially this will be to the end of the current calender year or six months whichever is the greater.
- Additional days are available by prior agreement.
- Should a company require an arrangement where fees are payable hourly these are charged at £200 per hour.
