GKConsulting was established in early 2004 as a direct result of client demand and many years of successful results. Through expansion we now also work with a number of further associate businesses.
Typically GKConsulting is engaged to: provide performance strategies, help embrace regular change, increase profits of a static turnover, increase company turnover, provide market diversification, secure top quality staff, facilitate growth & expansion, open additional sites, apply budgetary control, drive staff & management development, stream line for profit, devise & implement pay and reward schemes etc etc.

Gavin Clark
Born in 1965 Gavin has worked in the Blue Chip Sector for over 20 years. A number of the corporations for which he has directly worked at the most senior level include: Linotype GmbH, American Express, Rothschild, St. James's Place Plc and Zurich. Gavin is also able to demonstrate a successful track record in business start up.
Gavin's key role when working with these as well as other organisations has been to steer, drive and ensure synergy and increased profits through recruitment, training, sales, compliance, regulatory changes, personnel challenges, budgetary control and delivery of projects to agreed deadlines.
Working with companies, divisions, teams and individuals he has been able to assist (both junior & senior) front and back office both corporately and personally with their and the clients needs.
Gavin is internally motivated, creative, resourceful, focussed & disciplined and an effective communicator with a personable manor.
Karen Clark
Born in 1966 Karen comes from a legal background where she successfully worked with a number of the top law firms in London, These included Ashurst Morris Crisp, Lovell White & Durant, Freshfields as well as British Petroleum Plc.
Karen's skill's include her organisation, attention to detail and client interaction.
